The workshop is for teens and adults. No prior experience in theater or dance is required, just an open mind and a body wearing comfortable clothes. Participants may take as many sessions as they wish; pre-registration is advised.
In these playful and provoking sessions, participants will discover some of the myriad characters who dwell within. Through exercises that emphasize imagination, improvisation, and transformation, the instructor will lead the group on voyages of theatrical exploration and contemplative practice. Music, live or recorded, will be an integral part of each evening.
