FREE Youth Art Workshops for 10-15 year-olds at OSMOS Station

Tuesdays and Thursdays in July from 9:30 am to 3:00 pm

OSMOS in partnership with West Kortright Centre, is offering FREE art workshops for youth aged 10 to 15, Tuesdays and Thursdays in July at OSMOS Station, 24 Railroad Avenue, Stamford, New York, 12167.

The workshops are held from 9:30 am to 3:00 pm on July 5, 7, 12, 14, 19, 21, 26 & 28.

Pre-registration required, space is limited. No fee required ($10 donation is appreciated).

OSMOS has successfully offered this program with a roster of visiting artists and aspiring young artists for several years.

Participants may sign up for any number of days, and each workshop will focus on a different artistic practice. Experienced artists and educators have been invited to teach in a range of disciplines, including, but not limited to: photography, printmaking, watercolor, sculpture, painting, fiber, collage and conceptual art.

Each day the morning session (from 9:30 am until 11:30 am) will be followed by a midday break and the afternoon session (from 12:30 pm till 3 pm). We ask participants to provide their own lunch. Snacks and water will be provided throughout the day.
