Songbird Sessions: Catskill Puppet Theater

This lively show is a traditional old-time melodrama featuring colorful 2 1/2 foot tall rod puppets with animated mouths, eyes, & eyebrows!

The Villain’s Moustache is a traditional old-time melodrama set in the 1930's, during the heyday of hobos and railroads, distraught heroines, & wisecracking villains! The play takes place in the Old West and is illustrated with original music along with lively Vaudeville show tunes. The audience never fails to get involved, whether booing the villain or shouting advice to the rest of the cast to keep them from being swindled by the nefarious Bad Knad!

FREE & open to the public; registration required; donations welcome (can be made through this portal or in-person); all ages. Rain or shine; outdoors either under a big tent or in open air, depending on the weather.

Space is limited. Please select one ticket per person (adult/child) attending. If you have saved a space but cannot attend, please let us know asap.
