Music + Art + Community in the Western Catskills

Set in a bucolic rural valley in the northwestern Catskill Mountains of New York State, The West Kortright Centre is a nonprofit organization dedicated to excellence in arts programming, featuring a diverse blend of world-class concerts, workshops, art exhibits, and community events.

Now a historic landmark, our elegantly renovated 1850s church provides a unique, intimate and acoustically excellent space to absorb the finest cultural programming, as well as offering a showcase for local young people, and a variety of workshops for all ages.

VOLUNTEER WITH US!

The West Kortright Centre is looking for volunteers to help out during events. If you LOVE music, arts and community this is the place for you! Volunteer opportunities include help with the box office, handing out programs, setting up/cleaning up, meeting likeminded folks and being part of the community. If you are interested please send an email to siri@westkc.org.

2021 Volunteers

COVID CONSIDERATIONS

WKC is planning on our 2022 programs to be in-person, following NYS, CDC, and Delaware County guidance on Covid-19. These schedules and guidelines are subject to change. We will notify everyone who has registered for a workshop or bought tickets to an event of any changes. Changes will not conflict with state and county guidelines.

Due to recent increase in COVID cases in Delaware County we are encouraging masks for indoor events.

To learn more, sign up for our newsletter, and check out our calendar of events.

Please consider supporting The WKC through this period of uncertainty by making a donation or becoming a 2022 member.
